CyberPulse Entertainment Company Limited provides mobile games and applications for entertainment purposes. Our Services include mobile games for iOS and Android, website content, customer support, in-app purchases, and advertising content.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Services without notice or liability.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by CyberPulse. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

Some features of our Services may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. CyberPulse is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Our Services may offer virtual items, currency, or other digital content for purchase ("In-App Purchases"). Virtual items have no monetary value and are non-refundable. All In-App Purchases are processed by third-party app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

You acknowledge that you are not entitled to a refund for any In-App Purchase unless required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy. If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at contact@cyberpulse.mobi.

Virtual items are licensed, not sold, to you. You have no ownership rights in virtual items. CyberPulse may modify or discontinue virtual items at any time without notice or liability.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Gain unauthorized access to our Services, servers, or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers connected to the Services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in our Services
• Use our Services for any commercial purpose without our express written permission
• Cheat, hack, or exploit bugs or glitches in our games
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Collect or harvest any information about other users without their consent

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and access to our Services, and may subject you to legal action.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to games, graphics, logos, text, software, and code, are owned by CyberPulse Entertainment Company Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to:

Disclaimer of Warranties: Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberPulse Entertainment Company Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our Services.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
